Shipping
- We ship from San Antonio, Texas to the entire United States.
- Orders up to 50 lb: $12. Orders from 50 to 100 lb: $25. Larger orders: $25 for every 100 lb.
- We ship within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your payment. Transit time after that depends on the carrier.
- You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect shipping address.
Returns and exchanges (retail)
- You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or a size exchange.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- The customer always pays return shipping, including for defective items.
- Not returnable: items customized with a name or city, clearance items and items marked final sale.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Once you send the item back, we will replace it or refund it. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders are final sale. Defective pieces must be reported, with photos, no later than 2 days after receiving the merchandise.
