These terms apply to every purchase made at nostalgiasdemexico.com and to wholesale orders placed with Nostalgias de México by WhatsApp or email. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Orders and payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax of 8.25% is added to every order.
- We accept credit and debit cards and Cash App Pay through Square. For wholesale orders we also accept Zelle, Cash App and bank deposit.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received. You can cancel it before it ships for a full refund.
2. Handmade products
- Every piece is handmade by Mexican artisans. Small variations in color, embroidery or size are normal and make each piece unique; they are not defects.
- Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
3. Shipping
We ship from San Antonio, Texas to the entire United States within 2 to 5 business days after receiving payment. Costs and details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
4. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Retail purchases can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. The customer always pays return shipping, including for defective items. Full conditions are on our Shipping & Returns page.
5. Wholesale orders
- Wholesale prices apply when ordering at least 24 pieces per design.
- Wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
- Defective pieces must be reported, with photos, no later than 2 days after receiving the merchandise. We replace them or credit them to your next order.
- Shipping for wholesale orders is quoted separately for each order.
6. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your purchase applies.
